About The Project
Following the collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, Maryland, Rebco worked with Donjon Marine on this critical summer 2024 initiative, focusing on the swift disposal of dredged materials to meet the Key Bridge’s infrastructure demands. In coordination with Donjon Marine, our in-house experts removed and placed the material along with the expertise of Kinsley’s Landfill, Deptford, NJ and Deptford Township NJ. The importance of this project for us was to assure the shipping cargo lanes were back open for interstate commerce, and especially for the local commerce of local residents and businesses. This emergency project required efficient coordination to ensure timely material placement, addressing urgent structural needs in the Baltimore.
