Golden Sanitation was established in 1998 to meet the ever-growing needs of our clients. We helped service our clients in New York and New Jersey’s commercial, industrial and residential sanitation needs. In 2008, when Golden Sanitation was purchased by Interstate Waste Services, we established The Green Universe, LLC. We have retained our NJ-DEP License 21636/A901 to haul solid waste in the State of NJ. The Green Universe, LLC does roll-off container work, providing containers of 10-40 cubic yard capacity. We also provide rear-end packer work, all sizes of self-contained compactors (as well as breakaway compactors) and we can supply containers for masonry, soils, lumber, and most anything our clients may need to haul away. We can supply containers for recycling needs for materials such as cardboard, paper, wood, etc. Some of our customers include Ahold Financial Services (Stop & Shop), Foodarama (Shop Rite), Gucci USA, Fuji Color Photo, Kenneth Cole, United Water of New Jersey, American Water Company, Hartz Mountain and Yonkers, Inc.
